Complaints and returns

For complaints about our products, delivery, service etc. you can reach us by phone on 0180 - 556 747 or by e-mail at info@poederblussers.nl on working days from 9:00 to 17:00. Atpoederblussers.nl customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied, we are certainly not satisfied. In general, therefore, the money back guarantee also applies. In the most extreme case that we cannot resolve your complaint, you as a consumer can submit your complaint to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee. You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform. Below you will find more information about the steps to follow if you are not satisfied with our powder extinguishers

Procedure for delivery or product errors

We recommend that you check immediately after delivery of your order whether you have received the correct product and whether it was delivered undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, or if the product shows a defect later, follow the following procedure:

Please report your complaint by e-mail to info@poederblussers.nl. If possible, please include a few clear photos of the problem. We will of course do our best to respond to your complaint immediately, but you will receive a response from us within 14 days of receiving your e-mail. If a complaint unexpectedly requires a longer processing time, we will give you an indication of when you can expect a more detailed response. If your complaint is justified, we will send a replacement product or take the product back. In the latter case, you will receive the full purchase price back into your account after we have received the product back. Returned items must be complete and in the - as far as reasonably possible, in the original condition and factory packaging. As a customer, you may use the products as you would in a store. Do take our powder extinguishers out of the box and look at them carefully, but do not take them on holiday with you, for example.

Cancellation of your order

Are you not completely satisfied with your order, or is it not quite what you expected? No problem! Within Europe we will take your powder extinguisher back. This is possible at powderblussers.nl and it will only cost you the shipping costs. Follow the following procedure:

✓ You can cancel your order within 14 days from the next day after the product has been delivered. ✓ We prefer to receive your cancellation by e-mail to info@poederblussers.nl, see the instructions at the top of the form. ✓ From the moment you indicate that you are using your right of cancellation, you have 14 days to return the products. ✓ We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. ✓ Returned items must be complete and in the - as far as reasonably possible - original condition and factory packaging.
